All bed linens and towels are furnished in both motel units and cottages.
Some minimum stays may apply. Cottages have a 2 day minimum stay unless there is a single day vacancy.

Well behaved pets are welcome - $7 per day additional pet charge.
Guests are expected to clean up after their pets.
Pets are not to be left unattended unless kenneled and are not allowed on the furniture.
In units with kitchens, all cooking utensils must be washed, dried and put away. If not, you will be charged $25.
All fires will be in designated areas where there is a fire ring or fire pit.
Fires will be completely extinguished with water.
Advance reservations are suggested.
We require a 50% deposit when you make your reservation.
When payment is received, we will confirm your reservation.
Cancellations or changes in reservations require a 7-day minimum notice. If you cancel 7 or more days out your deposit will be refunded less a $10 cancel fee. If it is within the 7 days it will be based on our ability to re-rent the unit. If we re-rent the unit it will be the $10 cancel fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will be out your deposit.
No refunds for the Christmas holiday season.
All rates are subject to 9% Michigan use tax and room assessment
