⚠️ Appliance Use Policy

For safety reasons and to protect our electrical systems, the use of high-wattage appliances (such as electric cooktops, hot plates, space heaters, and similar devices) is strictly prohibited.

Guests who violate this policy may be:

  • Subject to additional charges for any damage or electrical overload caused

  • Asked to remove the appliance immediately

For your awareness:
• Some heating and cooktops are powered by natural gas.
• We use filtered well water.
• A septic system handles all waste.

These systems are safe and well-maintained, but may feel a bit different from what you're used to — especially water taste, pressure, or drainage.

To help us protect the septic system, please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper and do not pour grease or harsh chemicals down the drains.

All units are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, which are tested annually for your safety.
