Deposit Policy

Before completing your booking, kindly review our deposit policy provided below. Please ensure your agreement with this policy before proceeding with your reservation:

• A deposit of 50% of the room cost is necessary at the time of booking.

  • For single-night stays in the motel, the full amount will be collected upon booking.

  • Please note that single-night stays are not available except in the motel.

• The remaining 50% along with applicable taxes (11%) will be charged on the scheduled check-in date

Cancellation Policy

Before confirming your booking, please be aware of the following cancellation fee policy. Please note there will be no exceptions to this cancellation fee policy.  It is your responsibility to ensure all pending issues or uncertainties that may affect your travel plans are resolved before booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, the cancellation fee policy will be enforced.  Regardless of the circumstances, the cancellation fees outlined below will apply.

• A non-refundable fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged if you cancel your reservation between the time of booking and 14 days before your check-in date.

• No refund will be provided if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled check-in date.​

• No refund will be provided if you check out early.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: 3:00 PM ET (Automatic)

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM ET (Automatic, extendable upon request)

 

Minimum Stay Requirements

• Cottages, Beach House, and Lake House: Minimum 2-night stay.

• Motel Units: Contact us for availability of 1-night bookings.

 

Pet Policy

• Dogs Only: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed per unit.

• Additional Pet Charge: $20 per dog per day.

• Payment: $20 due at booking; remaining fee settled at check-in.

• Responsibilities: Guests must clean up after pets; dogs must be leashed outside.

• Guidelines: Dogs not allowed on furniture; unattended dogs must be kenneled.

• Unauthorized Pets: Minimum charge of $100 for non-registered pets found on premises.

 

Housekeeping Guidelines

• Prior to check-in, each unit undergoes thorough cleaning. However, we do not offer daily housekeeping services.

• For your convenience, replacement items are stocked in cubbies at the office for you as needed.

• Kitchen Unit: Please wash, dry, and stow away any kitchen items you utilized to prevent a $25 charge.

 

Firepit Policy

• The resort provides a shared firepit at the main site, one at the Lakehouse, and one at the Beach house.

• Guests provide their own campfire wood. Local wood is available for cash on M64 in both directions from the resort.

• Firepit Usage: Please extinguish fires with water.

Smoking Policy

• No Smoking: Smoking prohibited indoors; $200 charge for violations.

Parking 

Kindly note that our parking capacity is limited due to having only 11 units on the property of less than 1 acre, which restricts our parking options. We cannot accommodate a large number of guests with ATVs. Guests with trailers or other large vehicles are not guaranteed onsite parking.
